There are a number of different ways that you can access information without any direct contact with our team. We always love to hear from you, but understand that time can be a barrier and prevent this from being an easy option. So here are some ways that you can seek support.

On most of our website pages, you will find our AI Customer Agent - Jack. This is a sophisticated AI Chat Bot that can help answer any questions you may have. We are continuously feeding our AI agent with relevant information to help support you in anyway. This is particularly helpful during non business hours when you can not reach a member of our team

Jack - the AI customer agent, is great for answering questions about products and services. But he is not here is replace us humans. He is here to help, answer questions and be instant. He will not be able to book any training or demos and he will not be able to provide the latest prices on printers. If this is something your require, then simply asked to be transferred to an agent. If no one is available then leave your email address and a member of our team will get back to you. 

If you can't get the answer you need, it will refer you to a member of the team, who will reply to your question instantly or allow you to leave your contact deals and they will reply as soon as they can.
