The B-Flex's hot melt powder glue for DTF film is a high-quality, user-friendly product.  This heat adhesive powder offers excellent melting and low-temperature drying properties. It starts melting at 110°C (230°F), reducing processing time. These features make it ideal for wash resistance and a strong, long-lasting bond to the garment.

Description

B-Flex's hot melt powder glue for DTF film is a high-quality, user-friendly product. It's versatile, suitable for many fabric types, and ensures elasticity and full coverage. The advanced formula keeps the application soft to the touch. When stored properly, the powder remains clump-free and spreads smoothly on the film, ensuring a uniform, defect-free application.

This heat adhesive powder offers excellent melting and low-temperature drying properties. It starts melting at 110°C (230°F), reducing processing time. These features make it ideal for wash resistance and a strong, long-lasting bond to the garment.

Application - Heat Press:

  • Temperature: 130-140°C (265-285°F)
  • Application Time: 8-10 seconds
  • Film Removal: Hot
  • Pressure: Medium
    *Extra Tip: For increased adhesion on difficult materials, re-press at the same temperature for 5 seconds.

Instructions

  • Sprinkle Powder: Manually or with an automatic shaker, sprinkle the powder onto the freshly printed DTF film.
  • Oven Curing: Cure the powder in the oven at a temperature starting from 110°C (230°F) for 60 seconds, or until completely dry.
  • Check for Dryness: The cured glue should have a glossy, rubbery, and orange-peel textured appearance.
  • Remove Excess Powder: Gently shake the film to remove any remaining powder.

Washing Instructions

  • First Wash: Wait 24 hours before washing the garment.
  • Temperature: Maximum wash temperature is 40°C (105°F).
  • Care: Wash the garment inside out. Use a delicate cycle in the dryer.
  • Avoid Chemicals: Do not use bleach or other harsh chemicals.

Fabrics

  • Suitable for cotton, synthetic, mixed and elastic fabrics.
  • Not suitable for impregnated and sublimation-printed or dyed fabrics.

Storage Packaging: Supplied in airtight 1 kg bags.

Storage Recommendations:

  • Use One Bag at a Time: Open and use each bag completely before opening a new one to prevent moisture exposure.
  • Avoid Moisture: TPU powders are sensitive to moisture. Store in a controlled humidity environment (40-60%).
  • Keep Away from Elements: Store away from direct sources of moisture, heat, and UV light.
  • Store at Controlled Temperature: Maintain a storage temperature between 15-35°C (60-95°F).
  • Reseal: Always reseal the bag after use.
